If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE Secondary school located in Hougang.

Contract Period: From 02 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

Option to Extend: For a further period of one year.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 5:30pm (at least 4 hours per day), inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during home based learning days and school holidays unless required by the school.

The service required are set out as follows :

• Ordering and preparation of ingredients and equipment for practical lessons in the food labs
• General cleaning and maintenance of the food labs.
• Checking , collating, ordering and receiving ingredients from suppliers.
• All other duties as required by the Authority.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• A PSLE Certification or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as Food Lab Assistant in the Food Lab in school.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Job scopes are, but not limited to the followings:

a. Process all ingredients in accordance with SOP/ Instructions given by the supervisor.

b. Making of sauces in accordance with SOP / Instructions given by the supervisor.

c. Marinate all meat in accordance with SOP / Instructions given by the supervisor.

d. To pack all processed products and store them in accordance with SOP/ Instructions given by the supervisor.

e. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor

f. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

g. Ensure the kitchen meet SFA requirements, especially in utensil & staff personal hygiene.

Working Hours 8AM - 5PM

6 days work week

Salary: $2300 + $200

Location: Islandwide

1) 5.5 working days per week. Rest day will be given in accordance with the duty roster drawn up by the Company.

2) Full set of Accounts.

3) Warehouse stock taking, ordering and receiving of goods, prepare and update inventory list, calculate and tally stock items.

4) Performs routine record on repair and maintenance, inspection, meter reading.

5) Invoicing, and preparation of aging and statement of accounts.

6) Collection of outstanding Debts.

7) Attend to all phone calls, email and correspondence.

8) Preparation and arrangement of payment to creditors.

9) Update of workers working schedule and computation of wages.

10) Preparation of CPF Contribution and GST Submission.

11) Ad hoc duties.
