The Sales Executive for Food hygiene Courses will be responsible for:

· Identify and engage with potential customers, including businesses in the F&B industry and other sectors involved with food, such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and food production, to promote Food hygiene courses.

· Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and drive sales growth.

· Assess clients' needs and advise them on the appropriate food hygiene training solutions.

· Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

· Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring clients are supported throughout the decision-making process.

· Handle any post-sales inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive high-quality service.

· Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

· Work closely with our Digital marketing & Marketing team to align on promotions, campaigns, and outreach activities.

· Coordinate with sales and marketing on other training promotion or ad-hoc road show.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will minimally have:

· Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the food hygiene or related industries.

· Strong understanding of Food hygiene certification courses, training standards, and industry regulations.

· Existing network or relationships in the food hygiene or training industry.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Descriptions:

- Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system （SAP and Quickbooks）

- Support preparation for accounting period closing

- Record and check all sales record and cash expenses

- Perform bank reconciliation and filing

- Prepare invoice, payment voucher, stock balance, sales summary etc

- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the management

Job Requirements:

- Preferably someone who have accounting experience working under F&B industry before

- Able to speak in English and Chinese (as need to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients)

- Minimum 3 years of experience

- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.

- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

1. Preparation of maintenance schedule according to clients master schedule.

2. Preparation of progress report and submission

3. Procurement of material/ parts/ components

4. Technical assessment of systems and introduction of retrofit / replacement recommendation to clients

5. On the job risk analysis and preparation of risk assessment procedure.

6. Preparation of method of statement / process for presentation to clients.

7. Perform checks and inspections of entire systems including control parameters attendance.

8. Troubleshooting of fault / breakdowns and rectification according to authorities / clients requirement.

9. Perform full set of testing complying to authorities / clients requirement.

10. Perform maintenance program and complying to authorities / clients requirementt.

11. Attendance of meeting and or site survey with clients.

12. Submission of quotations / costing to clients within stimulated time frame.

13. Maintenance of good public relationship with vendors / clients.

14. Logistic and manpower planning and arrangement.
