About the ASEF Executive Office

The Executive Office (EO) supports the Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director. Management decisions based on policy guidelines set out by the ASEF Board of Governors are implemented through the Executive Office. It is responsible for determining ASEF’s strategic objectives as well as for enhancing its performance. The Executive Office also ensures smooth and efficient coordination between ASEF and its stakeholders as well as between ASEF’s Departments and Task Forces.

About the Position

The Executive Assistant provides a full range of secretarial support to ASEF’s Senior Management (SM), namely, the Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director. He/She is responsible for all tasks related to the Executive Office Operations, Stakeholder Management, and upkeep of data. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose :

The High Performance Executiv (HPE) is responsible for the management and operation of the High Performance (HP). - Work closely with the national coaches in supervising the preparation of annual HP national team training and competition programmes.

5. Athlete Management

- Oversee and maintain procedures relating to the human resource policies and financial matters pertaining to athletes such as leave applications, insurance, expense claims, results and bio data.

- Oversee recruitment and renewal contracts for all HP national team athletes and coaches.

- Ensure, through the communication and monitoring of the athlete agreements, that all HP national team athletes are:

Overview

The Position Holder will be responsible for engagement of partners and internal stakeholders to augment NUHS’ role as the population health manager for the western region. This includes ideation and project management of collaborations with partners and within NUHS to support the roll out of new policies, advancing social-health integration and enhance the delivery of care in the community.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations with key partners to improve care integration and augment community care
• Supporting implementation of NUHS Population Health strategies and regional health plan
• Regular engagement and project management with key account agency/community/ internal partners on collaborations
• Keeping abreast of developments within social and health landscape
• Support team in development, implementation, data collation, evaluation and reporting of initiatives and collaborations with agency partners, social care players and cross-teams within NUHS
• Meeting and event organisation
• Taking minutes for meetings and events and following up on issues raised

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of working experience, prior experience in community care or strategic planning will be an advantage

This is a 12-month contract role.

As Business Development Executive, you will be providing commercial advice with both a short term and long-term perspective, freight economics, market analysis and modelling solutions to the Businesses for a wide range of existing projects and new business developments.

• Lead commercialisation of new shipping technology (solutions) into commercially viable constructs that can help the Group’s businesses achieve its objectives.

• Support Shipping & Maritime commercially in the execution of maritime solutions for the region.

• Develop and provide market intelligence feedback to project teams in the development of integrated maritime solutions.

• Lead negotiations with shipowners and other vendors in the implementation of integrated maritime solutions

Requirements

• University degree, MBA preferred

• At least 10 years of deal making experience in identifying, maturing, negotiating complex deals to close

Skills and Competencies Required

• Proven commercial deal delivery and opportunity identification experience

• Understanding of deal economics, specifically shipping economics modelling

• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams

• Comfortable with ambiguity

• Able to work in a dynamic environment and agile in adapting to changing factors

• Understanding of the corporate complexities and sensitivities in dealing with various internal and external parties including governments

• Experience in the shipping and maritime industry will be an advantage

The Role

This position will be part of the Infrastructure team supporting network security and firewall across Mapletree Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first, second level Network support.
• Experience in configuring, troubleshooting routing and switching protocol - BGP, OSPF, HSRP, layer 2 switch eg VLAN, STP
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining a firewall solution.
• Working knowledge of OSI layer 7 protocols including TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP, http/https
• Experience in network segmentation through routing, VPN, SD-WAN, Firewall.
• Experience in Solarwinds, familiar with SIEM, syslog.
• Experience with security products, Fortinet, Palo Alto, url filtering, IPS, IDS.
• Primary responsibility for firewall management.
• Responsible for support of projects, change requests where needed and accommodate project/change timelines and work schedules.

• Manage Operational admin activities like:Supervising vendors and ensuring works are carried out appropriately, ensuring SLA are met, monthly reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Computer Science or other relevant studies.
• Must have 4 years of Network and Cybersecurity experience, or relevant.
• Knowledge/experiences in Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Meraki MX.
• Have network support experiences in an international setup.
• Able to speak Chinese will have an added advantage in communicating with China stakeholders.
• Experienced in managing vendors and procuring of services.
• Familiarity with Vulnerability Management Process is beneficial.

Job Scope:

• Handle full spectrum of Purchasing duties including inventory planning, sourcing, comparing and negotiating prices with suppliers, inventory analysis and planning, load stock orders and tracking delivery dates, processing of purchase documents and incoming goods
