Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process and record vendor invoices in the accounting system
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Assist Finance Manager in handling the company’s daily financial transactions, including invoice verification and bill processing.
• Assist in full set accounts, cashflow statement, tax computation, budgeting & Forecasting
• Perform data entry and organize relevant financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in performing financial analysis.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related

• Mandarin speaking to work with chinese boss & associates

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days; Mon – Fri (8.30 am - 5 pm), Sat (8.30 am - 12 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general administrative matters and provide comprehensive support, including managing office supplies, daily mail, and document preparation (e.g., Purchase Orders, Quotations).
• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries via email and phone and assist with meeting coordination and event planning.
• Manage company documents, ensure compliance with SOPs and policies, and handle filing and record-keeping.
• Oversee machinery and vehicle management (e.g., road tax and insurance) and liaise with legal counsel when necessary.
• Provide intermediate IT support, assisting colleagues with technical issues and user setups.
• Manage accounts payable /receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment.
• Reconcile bank statements, resolve discrepancies, and assist with audits to ensure financial compliance.
• Other additional duties as assigned.
