• Manage full set of accounts for the business and Japan holding company’s needs

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of accounts assistant working experience

Renumeration:

-Basic Salary: Salary: $2500-$2600

- Working Hours: 8.30AM-5.45PM (Monday to Friday) 8.30AM-12.30PM (Saturday)

1. Primary responsibilities

1.1 To conduct audit on room and meal rates, sort, batch and ensuring that all these necessary documents are attached to billing and to print invoices for billing.

1.2 To be responsible for investigating into any disputes regarding billings and liaise with relevant departments to settle disputes.

2. Job Function

2.1 To sort room and supporting bills by companies on a daily basis; ensuring that the room rates charged in the bills are correct and billed correctly. Check also to ensure that correct guests’ particulars are entered on the folios.

2.2 To scan and keep record of all City Ledger posting and invoices (with all supporting).

2.3 To ensure bills are sent within three days after the guests have checked out of hotel.

2.4 To frank the postage and mail out the final invoices daily.

2.5 To relieve or extend any assistance to other accounting colleagues in their absence or whenever the need arise.

2.6 Any other suitable task as and when assigned by Accountant.

Position Overview

The Accounts Associate is responsible for supporting the Accounts department by managing and executing key accounting functions for the Company's clients. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of client financial data, maintaining effective record-keeping systems, and assisting with various accounting tasks to meet client needs and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and assist with the reconciliation of client bank statements.
• Verify and reconcile client accounts, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in managing client accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account schedules.
• Resolve discrepancies promptly and maintain accurate client financial records and filing systems.
• Handle routine client correspondence and inquiries.
• Support the Accounts team with additional duties related to client accounts as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in financial data management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized records.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving client accounts issues.
• Understanding of relevant accounting regulations and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other related services.
• Strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
