**Job Title: Senior Accounts cum Human Resource**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive cum Human resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years and above of relevant work experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles and basic human resource.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Prepare and maintain full set of accounts of financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, payroll and reports.
2. Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable transactions.
3. Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.
4. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
6. Manage payroll , CPF and GST submission.
7. Manage Foreign workers/talent
8.Preparing for the related contract as like Employment contract for incoming new staff
9. Application/renew employment passes.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles and basic HR experience.
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to multi-tasks and work independently
6. Manage a small team
7. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Knowledge of foreign employee relation management
10. Preferably bi-lingual
11. Fast responses
12. Preferably Singaporean or PR
