Responsibilities

· Manage the full accounting cycle from data entry to financial statement preparation

· Prepare Bank journal, Fixed Assets List, Contract Registration List, etc.

· Responsible for vendor master creation and maintenance

· Assist with GST computation and registration of GST forms

· Assist with Claims and Petty Cash

· Assist with finance activities such as external audit and document support

· Prepare financial statement monthly, quarterly and annually

· Ensure company comply with accounting & financial policies and regulations

· Assist in stock counting and filling form

· Maintain proper documentations and filing records

Skills/Requirements

· Minimally 3 years’ experience in full sets accounting

· Candidates with preferably 2 years’ experience with goods inventory accounting background

· Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related discipline
