Responsibilities

• Perform dunning and collections follow-up, for accounts in arrears
• Investigate unidentified credits, disputes and perform reconciliation with customers when required
• Prepare ageing reports, month-end management reporting, provisions of doubt debt and all other ageing related reporting
• Chair and lead credit meetings with various business partners, identify high risk accounts and align follow-up
• Perform profiling, risk assessment, review and analysis on delinquent accounts
• Propose and implement dunning strategy and process improvements
• Ensure KPI on debtor's turnover are met

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or other relevant qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus

Working Hours : 5 days' work week – 9am – 5.30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Process payment to suppliers and staffs’ reimbursement

. Posting of invoices to accounting system with proper supporting

documents

. Prepare monthly AP journals and postings

. Prepare monthly AP schedules

. Prepare bank reconciliation

. Update payment transactions in cash book and reconcile to AP

posting

. Monitor and update hedging transactions (sungard control sheet)

. Issue invoices for intercompany re-charge

. Liaise with inter-department to ensure that invoices are properly

authorized and collated for posting and payment

. Assist in audit, tax, HQ reporting and other statutory requirements

. Ensure accuracy and timely closing of monthly AP module

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

. Prefer short notice / immediate

. LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional

qualification

. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in handling account

payable

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel

. Positive working attitude and meticulous with accuracy and

efficiency

. Strong sense of ownership and accountability

. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

. Willing to work in Tuas

Japanese MNC - (Location - Aperia Tower)

· Strong in Management reporting, Balance sheet, P&L, review report

· They are not using any accounting software, just use excel

Responsibilities:

1. Management reports:

-Prepare monthly trial balance and balance sheet schedules,

-Prepare monthly and quarterly projects’ reports, ie. Payable, Receivable, and cash flow,

-Prepare monthly office cash flow and analyse cash flow balance fluctuation,

-Monitor prepayment schedules and prepare amortisation slips.

2. Review projects payment, receipt and journal slips.

3. Support yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries. Audit schedules, for instance, but not limited to accounts receivable, prepayments, other assets, completed project listing and leases.

4. Assist in a joint venture entity (JV) accounts and GST:

-Prepare GST and file GST returns to IRAS,

-Support JV entity and JV partner’s yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries,

-Placement of time deposit, and

-Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

5. Support Head Office accounting request as and when.

6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.

• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.

• Preferable to have at least 3 years similar industry experience.

• Able to start working within short period of time
