• Apply for a work visa /work permit and overseas quota.
• Support HR projects and take the initiative for the HR process.
• Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical checkups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
• Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by updating staff movement.
• Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires.

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven work experience as an HR Professional.

Role Overview:
As a Project Executive, you will assist with project coordination, client management, visa applications (EP, PR), research, office management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and general administrative tasks.
• Familiar with the submission of government-related documents, such as EP applications, PR submissions, tax-related documents, and other processes.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Support immigration investment projects and manage timelines.
• Research immigration policies, client needs, and market trends.
• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files.

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR preferred.
• Diploma/Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of visa applications and school registrations.
