In this role, you are required to support the daily operations of the production section you are assigned to. You will be required to maintain the production area cleanliness and comply with food hygiene management standards.

Job Description

• Prepare and process of food items (Halal).
• Prepare items according to in-house procedures.
• Follow food production and preparation specifications.
• Preparing food ingredients by measuring, mixing, stirring, chopping, slicing, dicing, peeling, or otherwise preparing them for use in meal preparation.
• Ensure proper and safe operation of machineries.
• Maintain & ensure the cleanliness of work area.
• Check and ensure that quality and quantity of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition.
• Keep track of inventory to ensure adequate food ingredients, packaging supplies and finished product.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Physically fit
• Able to work as a team.
• No Experience may apply.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain good relationships with customers and handle their request and expectation effectively.
2. Work with internal team (Project Management Team,Customer Service Team, Engineering Team) for customers’ RFQs.
3. Compile and update internal sales progress to Manager.
4. Ensure customer order demand is achieved.
5. Meet the target given for assigned/new customer account.
6. Seek for new customers for business growth in Medical & Automotive Industry.

Job Requirements:

1. 3-5yrs relevant experiences.
2. Mechanical/Tooling/Injection molding/Manufacturing knowledge.
3. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill. Able to communicate with all levels.
4. Multi-tasking and good time management skill.

This role will require the individual to be responsible in hunting and managing the end-to-end sales for the company. Friendly working environment.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing sales (Recyling company expereince background needed)
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through any channels including but not limited to, cold calling, networking and visiting.

• Handle and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries.
• Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
• To troubleshoot on complaints.
