Where will I be based?

You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore near Tuas.

I) Job Purpose:

The Fish Cutter is responsible for cutting, filleting, and processing fish in preparation for sale or distribution. This role involves ensuring that the fish is processed according to food safety and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, and adhering to safety regulations.

II) Roles & Responsibilities:

Fish Processing:

• Cut, fillet, and portion fish into specific sizes, shapes, or pieces as required by customer orders.
• Remove bones, skin, and scales from fish while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
• Process fish for different markets accordingly to the Production Supervisor’s instruction.

Equipment Operation:

• Safely operate various cutting tools and machinery, including knives, saws, and fish filleting machines.
• Ensure that equipment is regularly cleaned, maintained, and sharpened to maintain efficiency and safety standards.

Quality Control:

• Inspect fish for quality, freshness, and any defects before processing.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards throughout the processing and handling stages.

Packaging and Storage:

Health and Safety:

The job and duties of the Accounts Clerk is as follows :

Responsibilities:
