Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 years prior experience in related field.

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Basic-Intermediate).

• Familiar with Canva and its use primarily for graphic designs.

• Video editing with Capcut or similar content creation tools.

• Background knowledge in OBS or similar livestreaming tools.

• Ability to understand and navigate through the management of different social networking platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Telegram).

• ⁠Keen learner in new live streaming set up and equipment.

• Able to work on weekends occasionally.

Requirements:

· Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English is a MUST

• Maintain and keep records of hardcopy and electric filing system.

• Handle shipments arrival and arrangement with logistic companies.

• Handle ERP sales, purchase, and inventory closing works.

• Support and assist of accounting closing.

• Any other duties assinged duties by the management and headquaters (Korea).

Job Description

• Support buddy system within the team on day-to-day operational handling.
• Manage trucking activities to fullfill customers' delivery requirement.
• Deploy Prime Mover drivers to perform trucking activites.
• Ensure all drivers follow and perform safety checklist and requirements at all time to achieve zero accident.
• Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources.
• Ensure all Prime Mover drivers are aware of specific customer requirements.
• Perform CMS / CTR booking.
• Knowledge of Portnet and shipping document.
• Liaise with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assisgned by the Management.
