Responsibilities

Purchasing

· Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors

· Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services

· Creating and placing orders for required goods and services

· Ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation

· Reviewing procurement expenses and working to reduce costs without compromising on quality

Utility Billing

· Ensuring utility bills are generated accurately based on usage and service rates

· Reviewing and verifying digital meter readings to ensure correctness

· Handling billing cycles and ensuring timely bill distribution to customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Description

• Sourcing and perform RFQ based on inputs from requestors. Issue PO to suppliers with correct price and delivery date.

Job Summary：We are seeking an experienced Internal Control & Compliance Executive to oversee and enhance our internal control systems and compliance frameworks. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to legal regulations and internal policies, thereby mitigating risks and safeguarding the organization’s integrity.

- Establish company’s compliance management system to integrate the company’s overall risk management, internal control and compliance. In the process, learn how operations is managed for an online store, from inbound operations such as freight forwarding and receiving shipments, to outbound operations such as picking and packing, working with 3rd party couriers and managing our in-house delivery fleet.

Job Description

• Responsible to deliver a customer-centric experience and assist customers across all channels including phone calls, emails and live chat.

• Establish & retain good relationship with existing and new Clients through frequent phone calls, emails, etc.Prioritize (Segmentation and priority of Clients), estimating and quoting of customers’ Request for Quotation – in a timely manner
• Follow-up on quotes & deal with the Clients thru phone calls, email replies.
• Create Quotations and send to clients
• Convert Sales leads into actual orders/docking/ship repairs.
• Enquiries Tracking and Weekly Presentation
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects.
• Customer Visits when required
• Participation in events such as networking dinners, exhibitions, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all indoor sales activities including new customer registration, preparing quotation and order management.
• Maintain quotation and sales order record and submit to management weekly.
• Contact oversea customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
• Coordinate with other department to ensure sales process smoothly.
• Manage customer credit file up to date.

Requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Korean to communicate with Korean customers by email and calls.
• 1-2 years works experiences, no experience are also welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements for Hiring Freshers or Candidates with 1 Year of Experience:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or Tally.
3. Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attitude and Soft Skills:

1. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
2. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Optional Preferences:

1. Internship or coursework in construction finance/accounting is an advantage.
2. Certifications (e.g., ACCA Fundamentals, CAT) may be desirable but not mandatory.
