About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Finance Executive to join our team at Singapore Epson Industrial Pte Ltd - Plating Plant. This role will play a crucial part in our financial accounting and reporting processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records, supporting the delivery of key financial information to stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on division’s business & financial planning.
• Prepare accurate and up-to-date month-end closing and financial reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare budget, mid-term and kick-off meeting presentation.
• Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
• Handle overdue debts and credit control management.
• Monitor monthly expenses/marginal profit and business profit results to enhance organizational effectiveness to be result oriented.
• Supervise, provide guidance and prepare work scheduling for junior employees.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Finance/Budget/Forecast Planning/Month end closing/Bad debt reporting.
• Proficient in the use of accounting system, Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.

• Conduct rigorous quality checks on processed seafood products to guarantee compliance with established quality standards
