The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):

Client and relationship:

· Act as a point of contact for the clients on their day to day affairs, with supervision where necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken in a professional manner;

· Maintain good relationship with clients;

· Respond to and deal with client queries in a professional and timely manner

· Ensure that the manager is kept up to date with any issues arising from the client or itsactivities

Service provision:

· Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system

· Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on timely basis

· Handle the banking of cheques into bank accounts on timely basis

· Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables

· Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules

· Prepare monthly payslips for payroll purpose

· Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet

· Handle quarterly Goods and Services Tax filing

· Handle corporate secretarial documents and annual return filing

· Compilation of accounts or reports (preparation of unaudited report)

· Liaising with external auditor

· Handle corporate tax computation and tax return filing

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance;

Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes :-

• Raise invoices

• Compile and submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
• Compile financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors and corporate tax agents.
• Handle other assignments and special projects.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Degree and/or Post Graduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting/Tax, ACCA.
• Advantageous to have technical knowledge in relevant fields.
• Preferably experienced with accounting software (XERO/Cloud solutions).
• Ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant working experience, especially in an accounting firm, is a plus.
• Willingness to stay updated on technical changes and develop digital skills for continuous growth.

This candidate need to perform Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Full Sets of Accounts, and prepare Financial Statement.

Training will be provided for fresh graduation.

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The role requires a good understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work with numbers and financial data

· Primary support on AP & AR functions of the Company.

· Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

· Manage the credit control process, including the generation and distribution of SOA, and follow up on payments.

· Interact with customers (both internal & external) to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies, fostering positive relationships.

· Ensure compliance with audit & tax laws and regulations. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

· Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance.

· Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting software/ERP system.

· Possess 2 to 3 years relevant accounting & Finance working experiences.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
