Your new role:

You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, credit/debit notes, and statements of accounts. You will manage both accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including overseeing AR collections and AP payments. You will perform monthly AR and AP reconciliations as well as to check and verify staff claims. You will also provide support to the Finance Manager in the monthly and yearly account closing process, filing various documentations, ensuring that all records are organized and easily accessible for future reference.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Experience in petrochemical / energy industry would be a valuable asset.

• A proactive individual who can plan, organize, and take the initiative to achieve job objectives while meeting tight deadlines.

• This role is looking for someone already based in Singapore.

Job Scope

• Pack raw meat and prepare for shipping

• Develop processes to produce required quality products
• Plan production to ensure customer demands are met

Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent

Job Description:

- Develop new and refine existing recipes to meet customer needs and requirements

- Modify recipes to balance flavour profiles with nutrition, shelf life and regulatory needs

- Conduct taste tests on new and refined food products

- Establish product specifications and scale up/refine production processes for mass production

- Conduct on the job training for new kitchen staff

- Work closely with sales and marketing team to support launch of new products

Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food industry. Experience in developing Tim Sum, bakery or Asian snacks is an added advantage.

- Knowledge on halal food markets in the region (ie: in terms of cultural norms and customer taste and preferences) is an added advantage
