Responsibility/Job Description

1. HQ

a. Prepare and manage company-wide fixed assets, depreciations and write-offs

b. Prepare and manage company-wide cashflow, weekly sales and monthly sales reporting

c. Assist in GST and corporate tax reports and data extraction.

d. Assist in closing reporting and other reports

2. SuperNature - Retail/café (divisional)

a. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

b. Reconcile sales and finalise sales numbers promptly

c. Prepare/review costing and set pricing for menu as required

d. Stock adjustments

e. Stock and sales reconciliation

f. Manage POS system (finance-related)

g. Ensure proper accounting of campaigns and promotions activities

h. Manage stock-take

i. Intercompany billing

j. Journals, prepayment and accruals relevant to this division

k. Prepare sales reporting to external stakeholders

l. Prepare key expenses and project-related schedules

m. Other divisional matters relating to finance.

Requirement

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance relating to F&B industry

To support and promote children’s well-being through. in supporting our Tinkle Friend Services, which includes the helpline and chatline, developing resources to support children’s mental well-being through various channels. To develop evidence-informed group work and workshops for children and work systemically with educators/parents, so as to support the holistic development of the child. Conduct rigorous assessment and provide basic psychosocial, behavioural interventions to children in need. The purpose is to ensure that child’s mental well-being is supported so that they can be resilient and grow up strong and healthy.

• To support in the Tinkle Friend helpline and chatline to provide support to ensure children’s safety and promote well-being.
• To co-develop, design, plan, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and review services to address children’s related concerns (i.e bullying, protective behaviours, resilience, anger management, etc)
• To support in building children’s mental wellness (e.g building resilience, supporting them to regulate their emotions, equipping them with protective behaviours, building their pro-social skills) and other emerging needs (e.g bullying) through programme development and facilitating groupwork and workshops for children.
• Implement individual and group intervention plans and monitor progress
• Review effectiveness of intervention for children, caregiver and/or parents
• Maintain up to date case documentation
• To work collaboratively with child’s support networks-parents, educators and community partners to address the needs
• Conduct risk assessment, safety planning and implement safety plans as appropriate.
• To support identified children-in-risk through casework & counselling
• Broker with agencies and make service referrals, when required
• Work closely with Research Department to develop/refine evaluation tools for group work interventions
• To support and grow our pool of volunteers to be advocates and ambassadors in promoting children’s well-being

Key Requirements:

• Degree in social work/counselling/psychology or in related discipline or Post graduate diploma in social work
• At least 3 years of experience working with children (7-12 years old) and parents in counselling, casework, programme development or group work.
