Prepare account reports, Payment Voucher, Claims and Invoices
To monitor and prepare monthly reports of AP/AR and Bank Statements
To submit quarterly GST report and URA (if needed)
To provide direct administrative support to interior designers.
Assist Interior Designer to prepare quotation for clients.
Input of data for materials / equipment etc.
To coordinate with Subcontractors and team
Purchasing, Filing and scanning
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
