SG F&B Management Pte Ltd is hiring 3-5 years relevant experience in food court operations or in fast food or casual dining concepts.

Job Description-

· Oversee and manage the designated Food Court and its operational and manpower planning

· Monitor and be responsible for sales performance of respective outlets

· Responsible for ordering of goods and supplies, receiving and checking on inventory of goods and supplies

· Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA's policy

· Involve in investigation of issues relating to customer complain (Service and Product Quality)

· Attending to customers' needs, complaints and enquiries

· Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff

· Perform related duties / tasks as required

e. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor

f. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

g. Ensure the kitchen meet SFA requirements, especially in utensil & staff personal hygiene.

Working Hours 8AM - 5PM

6 days work week

Salary: $2300 + $200

b. Making of sauces in accordance with SOP / Instructions given by the supervisor.

Position Summary Statement:

Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests according to the established standard of operations of the outlet.

The Food Service Crew Leader reports to the Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To ensure that mis-en place/side station is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.
• To replenish supplies and linen as and when necessary.
• To ensure that tables under his charge have the correct cutleries and table settings before the shift commences.
• To meet, greet and lead guests to their seats.
• To take food and beverage orders and serve them.
• To clear and remove soiled dishes, and bring them to the dish washing area.
• To present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to diners.
• To reset tables after use.
• To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor.
