Job Description

• Position Title: 3-month Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD2600
• Duration: 3 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers.
• Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Handle staff reimbursements.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• File and scan documents.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

The Role

The Head of Strategic Accounts APAC is a critical sales leadership role with continued responsibility for the APAC team for Fastmarkets across mid-tier accounts and customers.

The right candidate will have a track record in developing, coaching and training teams of account managers to deliver against specific goals and KPI’s relevant to their sales tier. This senior position will support our customer strategies and go-market approach throughout APAC whilst also acting as a day-to-day go-to leader for all Account Managers in the region.

Principal Accountabilities

As the Head of Strategic Accounts, you will be accountable for delivery in the following areas;

• Full ownership and accountability for the development and growth of your Fastmarkets Strategic Accounts
• Understanding and continued support of long-term price adoption across the respective commodity portfolio
• Work with sales enablement to deliver a challenger-based sales process that underpins the growth strategy
• Identification and mitigation to key risks to ensure protection of your Strategic account book
• Weekly, monthly and annual forecasting with 95%+ levels of accuracy
• Hiring, development and retention of a large, global and diverse sales team
• Responsible for sales training of the team, expected to develop high potential sales staff in other areas of the business to ensure a pipeline of future Strategic Account Managers
• Working directly with Customer Success to drive continued adoption of Fastmarkets pricing and embedding of Fastmarkets data in customer workflow
• Work directly with Sales Operations to ensure the team is run by an accurate data driven approach to sales performance
• Full and seamless integration of new acquisitions into the Fastmarkets Strategic Accounts Team
• Working directly with other sales managers to upskill their teams and help top sales talent progress into the Global Account Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of AR functions
• Cash flow and invoicing
• In charge of Billing and Collection
• Accounts Receivable aging report
• Assist in audit process annually
• Timely closing for AR
• To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant AR experiences
