• Process vendor invoices and prepare payments
• Update bank balances and cash flow records
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Post journal entries
• Ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI or equivalent
• Experience in partial accounts payable
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• QuickBook knowledge will be an advantage
• Meticulous, eye for details, precise, organise and efficient
