• Financial Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are correctly documented. This includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining the general ledger.
• Budget Preparation and Management: Assist in preparing the annual budget, closely monitoring and reporting on variances between the budgeted and actual figures. Provide insights to management on financial performance.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or any other field.

Professional Certifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) : Will be an added advantage

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Relevant Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with software such as AutoCount, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and advanced Excel skills are crucial for managing financial data efficiently.
• Understanding of Singapore Tax Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with Singapore's tax laws, including GST and corporate income tax, is essential.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports is critical.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in creating and managing budgets, as well as forecasting financial performance.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for liaising with various stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in handling financial data and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Job Summary:

Salary: up to $3000

Work Day: Monday - Friday

Work time: 8am - 536pm / 830am - 606pm

Job Responsibilities

• Performing full spectrum of payroll and tax reporting are in compliant with the local governmental requirements and regulations
• Generating & processing its reporting and ensuring overall smooth daily HR operations and benefit administratie activities
• Prepare payroll-related reports
• Manage employee leave management system and application of Governmental Leave subsidies/claims
• Work alongside with Finance department for payroll disbursements in accordance to the company Internal Controls and Local government legislations
• Attend and resolve issues / queries relating to payroll, leave and claim
• Involve in cross-charged invoice verification and if necessary, clarification and resolving of outstanding queries
