Accounts Payable

Monitor and ensure data of inventories/ invoices/ vendor particulars are input into the Accounting System.

• Manage and maintain company facilities including coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs, vendor contracts, office functions and layout.
• Schedule and track meetings and appointments schedule, meeting rooms’ scheduling, greet and direct visitors.

• Process receipts and payments
• Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliations and statement of accounts

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties, including AR/AP and other financial related duties

• Update of Data into the Accounting Software

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records

• Ensure accurate, timely monthly / yearly financial closing

• Reconcile cash and bank balance on timely basis

• Preparation of journals, schedules, reconciliations

• Includes administrative scope.

• Perform other ad-hoc assignments
