Our client is an European-based manufacturer with more than 100 years of successful company history. The Role

You shall be reporting to the Financial Controller with the following duties:

General Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records per company policies, country laws, and IFRS.
• Manage bookkeeping, accounting schedules, and management reports.

Accounts Payable

• Ensure compliance and proper documentation for payable transactions.
• Handle reconciliations, billing, and monthly reporting (e.g., Payable Aging).

Fixed Assets

• Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and classification.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and related summaries.

Auditing & Tax

• Liaise with auditors and prepare statutory reports and audit schedules.
• Manage GST filings and ensure compliance.

Governance/Compliance

• Ensure adherence to policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.

Systems/Process Ownership

• Act as Regional Key User for ERP systems (SAP/Ariba/Psinova).
• Optimize and harmonize processes, ensuring group-wide compliance.

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Provide financial analysis and project support as needed.

Your Profile

• At least Diploma or equivalent qualification with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• SAP experience is mandatory (1–2 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Ariba/Psinova is a plus.

• Receive training and perform duties in various sections of the company’s operations such as the Service Department, Kitchen Department, Supporting Function Department etc;
• Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position;
• Learn from experienced employees to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training;
• Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
• Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management.
• Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.
• Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the company.
• Provide support as needed in various departments;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field;
• Applicants with relevant working experience in the related field will be an advantage, however, applicants without relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as full training will be provided;
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent;
• Candidates who master more than one language will be an added advantage, as oversea assignment will be assigned; (in order to handle queries, concerns and feedback from other language speaking counterparts regarding with the training and other restaurant operation related matters.)
• Candidates will go through a minimum 6-12months of training, candidates who complete the training will have the opportunites to assign as Outlet Manager.
• Successful applicants will have the opportunity to assign assignments at oversea branches.
• Working Hours: 6 days work a week, shift based on outlet' s schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute procurement duties such as raising Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) associated to equipment, goods and services.
• Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis to ensure orders are delivered on same day/next day as required. Keep records for all orders processed and obtain confirmation from vendors.
• Responsible to source for new or alternative supply on products and services.
• Manage purchasing activities and services based on company's needs.
• Negotiate optimal prices for goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
• Receiving products, store them into inventory, or deploy them to the kitchen team for immediate use.
• Inspecting and examining products that have been delivered to determine conformance to the purchase specifications.
• Co-ordinate with Finance department to resolve invoices discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks on stored inventory and perform stock take and flag any discrepancies based on the company’s standards.
• Practicing and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Preferably with Diploma in Procurement/Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of Procurement/Purchasing experience in F&B industry.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
• Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Scope

• Pack raw meat and prepare for shipping
• Cut & prepare raw meat according to order received
• Preparing frozen raw meat for further processing
• Handle heavy goods (raw meat) from Point A to B
• Clean the walk-in freezer/cold room where raw meat has been stored
• Manage other raw meat-handling workers & assist them where required
• Scheduling work shifts
• Any other work as assigned
