Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Collaborate with the event planning and catering teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

• Carry out daily administrative duties and ensure smooth operations
• Manage and process all billing and invoice-related tasks

• Maintain and upkeep office furniture
• Manage the mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing accordingly
• Provide support for various additional tasks as needed
