Job Duties Include:

1. Monthly billing and AR monitor:

• Responsible for monthly billing process and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and accurate recording in Navision accounting system.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Assist in consolidation of financial results from various business units.
• Provide support during audits, responding to auditor requests and ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of GST report.

3. Cash Flow Management:

• Periodic reconciliation and updating of bank statements and cash book.

4. Payment Processing:

• Processing of expenses claim by various department after validation of various requirements as per work process in place.

5. Admin Support:

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities and activities, which may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related role.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated the ability to problem solve, think critically, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment as a team player
