I) Job Purpose:

The Fish Cutter is responsible for cutting, filleting, and processing fish in preparation for sale or distribution. • Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers.
• Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Handle staff reimbursements.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• File and scan documents.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
