About the role

Reporting to the Production Manager, this full-time Production Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the production floor at our FMCG/Beverage Manufacturing facility located in the Tuas View West Region. Job: Secretary cum Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

· Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representation offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/ shareholders resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters and change of signatories etc.

· Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and directors.

· Handle administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

· Some practical experience in working with accounts/bookkeeping.

· Diploma or its equivalent

· 1 year of experience in account, experience would be a distinct advantage/ fresh graduates with a diploma in accounting (or similar) would be welcome too.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Practical experience in Microsoft Business Central preferred

· Ability to work in a team, meticulous and responsible.
