Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain a complete set of accounts.
• Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
• Perform month-end closing activities and procedures.
• Help with the annual accounts audit.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Scope:

• Match purchase orders with invoices and input invoice data into the ERP system.
• Process payments by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Identify and flag any discrepancies or irregularities during the invoice processing.
• Allocate expenses to the appropriate accounts and cost centers based on invoice details.
• Execute weekly payment runs to suppliers and employees.
• Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations.
• Organize and file documents accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliation for payment transactions.
• Prepare audit schedule sheets.
• Address supplier inquiries promptly.
• Undertake additional tasks or projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year of Accounting Experience in AP
