The Programme Executive plans the volunteer manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers in executing programme activities. Specific Responsibilities:

1. Conduct programmes based on client needs and facilitate sessions to provide SEL lessons to impart values and lifeskills to service users aged 7 - 14 years old

2. Conduct periodic needs and outcome assessment to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of our programmes and identify areas of improvements in programmes, and provide updates to the supervisor

3. Implement quality control and compliance procedures, particularly for the physical and psychological safety of our service users, many of whom are young children
