Role and Responsibilities

1. Prepare tables for service (e.g. clear used cutlery and crockery, wipe down tables, lay out fresh linens and cutlery, refill condiments.)
2. Conduct Opening and Closing shift duties (eg top up cutleries , sweep mop the floor before and end of shift to prevent pests)
3. Greet walk-in customers and escorting them to their tables.
4. Respond to customer enquiries and take reservations over telephone.
5. Present menu to customers at their table and provide menu information (e.g. ingredients, dietary allergens, menu recommendations).
6. Serve food/drinks from kitchen to customers.
7. Ensure all food orders and tables are billed accordingly

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Freelance Food Safety Auditor to join our team. This role offers flexibility in working hours with the schedule planned one month in advance.
