• Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation
• Workers dormitory arrangement.
• Coordinate with training & Development.
• Administer leave / MC records.
• Monthly CPF submission.
• Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
• Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
• Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
• Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
• Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.

• Check and generate invoices
• Issue cheque and GIRO payments
• Cost matching
• Purchasing
• Preparing receipts and cost vouchers
• Ensure proper documentation and timely month end closing
• Other Accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Level or ITE qualification or Diploma holder
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency and competent in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous, positive work attitude and good team player

Other information:

• 5 days’ work week, office hours
• Work location: Tuas (10mins walk from EW30 Gul Circle MRT Station)
• Company transport provided at designated areas - Choa Chu Kang, Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay and Jurong West

Responsibilities:

· Receiving and verifying invoices from customers

· Matching AR invoice against AP invoice

· Coding and entering corresponding supplier invoices into the accounting system

· Reconciling customers’ SOA and resolving discrepancies against Trading system

· Opening letter of credit to overseas suppliers

· Reconciling accounts payable aging report in Trading system against accounting system

· Communicating with Trading team regarding payment status and disputes

· Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities

· Involve in stock count preparation

· Prepare audit schedule

· Any other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/ Min GCE N/O levels with Accounting Cert
• Able to work independently and prioritise daily work tasks
• High level of accuracy
• Good communication skill
• Team player, willing to learn and a can-do attitude
