Accounts Payable

• Monitor and ensure data of inventories/ invoices/ vendor particulars are input into the Accounting System.
• Ensure all documentations are well received, invoices tally with delivery orders and ensuring payment are promptly issued within credit term.
• Generating of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques.
• Ensure payment are immediately entered into the Accounting System upon payment.

Accounts Receivable

Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He / She is involved in work that is specific to accounts receivable, payment, data compilation, and other accounting tasks.

The Accounts Executive role is responsible in handling full set of accounts including AR, AP, Bank

Reconciliation and GL. This person will also work on month end closing and preparing financial

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, month end closing and financial statements.
• Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledgers.
• Process payment relating to vendor and staff claims.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, staff claims and various reports.
• Provide efficient support for day-to-day office and administrative task.
• Manage Fixed Assets.
• Liaise with third party such as external auditors and tax agents.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA, etc).
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field and knowledge in full set of accounts.

Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients
• Record receipts and payments in accounting software
• Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Responsible for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial report for management purposes.
• Prepare GST report and filing.
• Update cashflow report
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (eg.Form IR8A)
• Liaise with banks for the opening and closing of clients’ bank accounts.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and be responsible for end-to-end processing of the full set of accounts, inclusive of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables / General Ledger transactions & reconciliations.

2. Check invoices, billings, and expense claims with their related supporting documents and ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.

3. Prepare payment vouchers, reconcile bank balances, and record and upload related information to the financial system, ensuring accuracy.

4. Prepare the documents/reports required by the Head Office.

5. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for preparing the full sets of financial statements for subsidiary companies, ensuring that monthly financial reports and supporting schedules are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, tax compliance, and bank reconciliations.

3. Prepare monthly cash flow projections, the annual budget, and ad-hoc forecasts.

4. Prepare statutory filings, including financial statements and tax-related documents (corporate tax and GST).

5. Liaise with the auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and preparation of audited financial statements.

6. Ensure that internal controls are in place.

7. Any other assignments or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. A Degree in Accounting with a professional qualification preferred

2. A Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in the real estate sector

3. Able to work at least for 1 year contract

4. Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a high level of integrity

5. Ability to multi-task, handle urgent requests and work in a fast-paced environment

6. Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and a "can do" attitude

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), and Cognos is an advantage

8. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
