E-Commerce Sales Support

Reports to:

Sales Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Job Description:

• Conduct marketing research and data analysis to expand and nurture the leads pool. Convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Perform outbound cold-calling to introduce Yonyou’s products/services to clients over the phone.
• Explore and identify new potential leads via various channels. Demonstrates professionally with potential customers via phone, email, conferencing, webinars, and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored Yonyou ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with presales and internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Required Experience

• Graduate in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration,and Accountancy.
• Prior experience related to Cloud Solutions, Business background (accounting/finance/supply chain/manufacturing), and experience in ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision) will be advantageous.
• Experience in B-to-B sales in ERP or IT solutions will be an advantage.
• Passionate, self-motivated, good team player, and responsible.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales management will be a plus, and business analytical skills are preferred.
• Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs, and social networking tools.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Be able to go on business trips in the SEA
• Good command of English and Chinese to communicate and present with customers.

Salary: Up to S$3,500

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Contract Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand deal structures and prepare reconciliation templates
• Follow up with Line Manager to update checklists for agreements
• Set up contract details and billing instructions in the system
• Update customers on monthly slot charges and issue invoices promptly
• Scrutinize customer loading information and resolve discrepancies
• Submit accurate reconciliation statements within the stipulated timeframe
• Ensure timely issuance of invoices and handle customer queries independently

Requirements:

• Min. diploma/degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
