Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy. Professional qualifications such as ACCA are a plus for senior positions.
• Relevant Experience:Entry Level: At least 3 year of working experience in accounts-related duties or audit.
  Senior Level: 2-3 years of proven track record in full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL).
  
• Ethics and Integrity: Honest and trustworthy with a basic to solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Taxes.

Job Scope:

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments for trade vendors.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents for trade facility applications.
• Monitor invoices without Goods Received Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Sales Team for resolution.
• Track advance payments to vendors until invoices are matched to GRN and posted in the ERP system.
• Post all trade accounts payable transactions to the ERP system.
• Reconcile vendor statements of accounts with ERP records.
• Address year-end audit inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.
