Assisting the finance team in their day-to-day responsibilities which ranges from accounting entries, reconciliations, intercompany settlements.

Assist with raising billing in system

Assist with account payable and receivables function

Assist with journal in month end closing

Perform bank reconciliation

Prepare monthly accounting schedules

Hybrid role in supporting office and administrative functions within the organisation

Other ad-hoc tasks and projects

Job Scope:

• Handling of daily transactional level work and various department requests
• Posting of receipts/ invoices
• Reconciliation with customers on various financial aspects
• Submit/ recon on e-portal transactional level issues
• Support accountant in daily activity

Job Requirement:

• Diploma and above
• 1 to 2 years related experience
