Job Scope:

• Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities

• Close accounts book on time and accurate

• Prepare monthly financial management reports with analysis and analyse variance

• Prepare cashflow forecast, manage actual cashflow and analyse variances

• Prepare accounting and audit schedules

• Any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity

• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently

• Must be well versed in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Power point

• Able to meet a tight deadline

Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including the preparation of monthly management reports
• Compile year-end financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
• Reconcile intercompany balance and oversee intercompany billings
• Prepare accurate cash flows forcasts to support financial planning
• Coordinate and facilitate audit process, collaborating with auditors as needed
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy

Job Responsibilities

Account Management

• Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with account at HQ Level.
• Liaise with Key Account’s buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
• Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimising cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds.
• Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.

Sales Operation Management

• Manage and guide the Sales Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness.
• Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
• Product/Promotion Submission.
• Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.
