Role Overview:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Planning & Cost Control Executive to drive operational efficiency through effective planning, forecasting, and cost management. This role will focus on manpower planning, inventory forecasting, and cost control to ensure seamless warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Planning: Develop warehouse operational plans on a monthly and quarterly basis, which involves forecasting of outbound volumes, overseeing inventory levels, and managing optimal inbound volume
• Cost Control & Optimisation: Build up planning model to cater for new businesses, and align with relevant stakeholders to meet required timeline, operational targets etc
• Manpower Forecasting: Analyse productivity data to forecast labor needs, coordinating with staffing agencies to secure manpower while optimising costs
• Performance Tracking: Collaborate with multiple teams to build and refine planning models and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify operational gaps
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various teams to align plans and manage costs effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, or related disciplines
• Internship experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Operations Planning
• Experience in supply chain sector will be an advantage
• Good logical thinking abilities with a data driven mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Able to work well within a team and independently
• Comfortable to work in a warehouse setting

• 5.5 days work week (Monday to Saturday afternoon or Thursday to Tuesday afternoon)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams on event preparation and execution
• Preparation of systems for event
• Optimize and plan resources and equipment weekly for events
• Weekly packing and unpacking of equipment for events
• Adhoc delivery of equipment to event premise (vehicle provided)
• Setting up for events (if needed)
• Training of event part timers on setting up of the company’s various equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized office space
• Maintain computers and equipment in good condition
• Other logistics/operations work includes site recee and adhoc delivery of orders

Requirements

• At least Diploma
• Class 3 driving license (Not a must)
• Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DSLR camera, or simple programming is preferred but not a must

Job Description

• Stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and Group requirements. Provides regulatory advice to business as required.
• Assist with group compliance monitoring assessment, audit, and annual gap analysis exercise.
• Complete the group Annual Risk & Control Assessment.
• Perform due diligence, AML, and sanction screening checks prior to onboarding new partners and continuous due diligence review for existing partners.
• Fulfill MAS requirement such as keep track of and prepare annual staff declarations, CPD hours and roll out annual compliance training etc.
• Provide 2nd level monitoring and management of compliance on internal policies and procedures, and information security.

Job Requirement

• A Degree or Diploma in law, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience in a financial institution (preferably insurance).
• Professional certification such as ICA Diploma in Compliance would be advantageous.
• An analytical mind and good business sense, able to grasp the complexities of business nuances and balancing that with a keensense of applicable regulations.
• Possess good communication and writing skills.

Financial Reporting (50%)

• Prepare and review financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Generate Principal reports, statistics, and surveys.
• Coordinate and finalize budget and forecasts.
• Assist with financial consolidation and adjustments.

Analysis (30%)

• Analyze KPIs, expenses, capital expenditures, and balance sheets.
• Conduct variance analysis on actual vs. budget/forecast reports.

Treasury (20%)

• Monitor cash flow and prepare treasury reports.
• Create quarterly cash flow projections.
• Support ad-hoc treasury projects.
