About the role

Accounts Officer/Executive, Income Audit (Open to Fresh Graduates)

You will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the hotel’s financial performance. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.
• Enter inventory transactions.
• Handle sub-ledgers functions.
• Maintain detailed, perpetual inventory records and produce periodic reports.
• Handle other accounting matters such as verifying creditors statements etc.
• Handle banking transactions.
• Upkeep subsidiaries accounting transactions.
• Check and match DO, PO, GIR to suppliers invoice.
• Liaise closely with purchasing staff and store staff on suppliers documents.
• Filing of accounting documents.
• Project labour cost.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the accounts department.
• Assist the Manager / Executive in the closing of accounts.
• Assist the Manager / Executive in the regular auditing.
• Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in related field.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

The Role

The Head of Strategic Accounts APAC is a critical sales leadership role with continued responsibility for the APAC team for Fastmarkets across mid-tier accounts and customers.

The right candidate will have a track record in developing, coaching and training teams of account managers to deliver against specific goals and KPI’s relevant to their sales tier. This senior position will support our customer strategies and go-market approach throughout APAC whilst also acting as a day-to-day go-to leader for all Account Managers in the region.

Principal Accountabilities

As the Head of Strategic Accounts, you will be accountable for delivery in the following areas;

• Full ownership and accountability for the development and growth of your Fastmarkets Strategic Accounts
• Understanding and continued support of long-term price adoption across the respective commodity portfolio
• Work with sales enablement to deliver a challenger-based sales process that underpins the growth strategy
• Identification and mitigation to key risks to ensure protection of your Strategic account book
• Weekly, monthly and annual forecasting with 95%+ levels of accuracy
• Hiring, development and retention of a large, global and diverse sales team
• Responsible for sales training of the team, expected to develop high potential sales staff in other areas of the business to ensure a pipeline of future Strategic Account Managers
• Working directly with Customer Success to drive continued adoption of Fastmarkets pricing and embedding of Fastmarkets data in customer workflow
