About the Role:
Oversee day-to-day operations at our food production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and efficient use of resources while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal product quality and efficient execution of activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Manage end-to-end production processes for a variety of products, including manpower, materials, machinery, and methods.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports to management.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet output targets in a timely manner.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of production supervisors and workers to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor adherence to factory operations procedures, food safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to address and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all machinery to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory operations or production management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning and reporting systems.
• Technical knowledge of factory equipment and preventive maintenance processes.

• Process & verify invoices & payments
• Handle Account Receivable & Payables matters and accounting reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management reporting
• Data entry including keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system
• Verification of accounting document and data entry into accounting system
• Assist in monthly closing and GST report submission
• Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings
• Liaise with external/internal auditors and tax agents as required
• Adhere to accounting and financial procedures, systems and compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
