Job Purpose

• In charge of full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions including:
• Timely and accurate billings via Business Central & submission to customer invoice portal
• Preparing cost file, billing reports to support billings
• Review of PO status and limits
• Follow up on overdue payments with Customers & Sales Team.
• Prepare report on collection status for all customers
• Perform monthly aging reconciliation
• Maintaining cash balances
• Timely month end closing for AR
• Any Ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in accountancy
• Proficient in Accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills

Job Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable/Payable: Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances.
• Assistance in Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in banking matters
• Other ad-hoc finance-related matters

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate (e.g. LCCI) in accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts position
• Prior Experience in F&B industry is required.
• Proficient in Excel
