• Experience with consolidation processes and audit is an advantage
• Proficient in accounting software such as MYOB and Clinic Assist Software is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions for client companies
• Execute the full spectrum of our clients’ accounting, payroll, financial statements and related work
• Compile and submit GST
• Provide excellent client services and ensure various timelines are met
• Handle other assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Accounting degree/diploma or professional qualification in accountancy or equivalent
• Those with practical experience or pursuing an ACCA course are also welcome.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an accounting services or corporate services firm
• About to write and speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage
• Good work ethic with passion for improvements

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

· Ensure that all invoices are posted timely in the accounting system

· Manage vendor invoices by matching to Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO).

· Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices.

· Handle bi-monthly payment cycle.

· Co-ordinate with respective account signatories for signing.

· Prepare accrual journals for month end reporting.

· Perform accounts analysis and audit schedules.

Other accounting/admin support:

· Assist in fund raising activities.

· Provide accounting assistance to SSA/Unit Leaders.

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

Desirable Attributes & Qualifications:

· Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

· 2 – 3 years’ experience in relevant fields an advantage.

· Meticulous and diligent.

· Ability to work well in teams.

· Experience with accounting software.

Working Days:

Tuesday to Saturday, 9.00am to 6.30pm

They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Accounts Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers

The Responsibilities:

• In charge of the sales of Pulp & Hygiene Materials
• Research and keep up with the market, including the Japanese cliental
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers, negotiation with new customers, based department and HQ's strategy
• Manage sales process and collect payment on time to prevent overdue together with sales assistant
• Prepare monthly sales report and forecast of the following month's sales volume

The Requirements:

• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese due to the need to liaise with native Japanese speaking clients
• 5 years of experience in international trading experience, especially pulp & Hygiene Materials
• Negotiation and selling skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
