Batch Technologies Pte Ltd, a leading manufacturer and installer of concrete batching plants, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to join our dynamic Finance department! In this crucial role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company, managing client accounts, and contributing to our continued growth.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks within the accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. You'll work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and internal clients, to maintain strong financial relationships and support the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accounts Receivable (AR):

o Issue invoices for our concrete batching plant sales and installation services.

o Manage the collections process, ensuring timely payments from clients.

o Research and resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or payments.

o Maintain accurate AR records and reports.

· Accounts Payable (AP):

o Process incoming invoices from vendors for materials, supplies, and services.

o Ensure timely payments to vendors according to agreed-upon terms.

o Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate AP records.

· General Finance Support:

o Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.

o Provide support to internal clients regarding financial inquiries.

o Maintain a deep understanding of Batch Technologies' financial processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar role within a manufacturing or construction environment (a plus).

· Diploma in Accounting or a related field (preferred).

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (General Ledger, AR/AP).

· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees the daily operations of food and beverage services in various establishments, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and banquet halls. They are responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience for guests while managing staff, inventory, budgeting, and compliance with safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Hire, train, and manage F&B staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and supervisors.

Event Planning and Catering:

• Coordinate F&B services for special events, conferences, and large gatherings.
  Work with event coordinators to create tailored menus and ensure all logistical details are handled.
  Oversee catering services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  

Marketing & Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food and beverage offerings.
  Develop promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales.
  Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay competitive.
  

Sustainability Initiatives:

• Implement sustainability practices in food and beverage operations, such as reducing waste, sourcing locally, and promoting eco-friendly packaging.

Maintaining Safety and Hygiene Standards:Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
Report any hazardous conditions, such as spills or broken equipment, to management immediately.
Maintain cleanliness of storage and service areas, ensuring they are free from obstructions.

Assist with Waste Management:

• Separate recyclable materials from general waste and dispose of them according to company policy.
  Ensure all trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly.
  

General Support:

• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning during busy times, such as after food preparation.
  Help with stocking and organizing cleaning supplies and equipment.
  Support the team by performing other tasks as requested by management.
  

Customer Area Appearance:

• Ensure the dining area is always presentable, ensuring tables are wiped clean and seating areas are free of debris.
  Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, including arranging furniture and setting up supplies.
  

Position: Business Development Executive (F&B Industry)

• Working days: 5.5 days work week
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $3000 to $4000 + Car Allowance $1200

Requirements

• Possesed Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
• Driving license with own Transport is a must to perform customer visits

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
