RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an entry level position to support the team in managing the 8days Eat TikTok channel, which includes (but not limited to) uploading content, SEO & data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform uploading of content to assigned platform(s).
• Ensure the content schedule is mapped out in timely fashion.
• Track performance, analyze and optimize performance of the uploaded content on the platform.
• Work with Editorial team, content creators, Growth Channel Management Team to develop best practices and optimize content performance on the platform.
• The role primarily focuses on 8days Eat TikTok channel but the scope of work can extend to other 8days social media accounts as well.

• Ability to communicate well and work with a team of editorial, channel management specialists as well as content creators.
• Keen understanding of social media (TikTok) content and audience behavior.
• Good understanding of platform quirks.
• Strong organizational and analytics skills.
• Meticulous and detailed.
• A passion for social media content.
• Experience in social media space in channel operations / audience engagement.

Job Details:

• Contract: 6 months (start in Feb 2025)
• Industry: FMCG
• Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.
• Working with external agency to create and develop promotional and marketing materials that are align with the brand and retailer guidelines.
• Coordinate with brand and sales team on execution.
• Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and strategized marketing plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly marketing budgeting reports and filling.
• Assisting with market surveys
• Review promotions executive to ensure profitability.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar capacity will be a plus
• Willing to travel within Singapore to conduct store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Comfortable with market data analysis (AC Nielsen, Internal Sales Data)
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.

You will work with the Business Office Manager in studying, planning, organising, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures, and internal controls for all billing, account follow up and financial counselling activities. You will ensure that all services are billed, and that claims are made accurately and timely. Additionally, you are required to monitor outstanding bills, work with various parties to recover the outstanding amounts as well as handle billing and payment enquiries. You are responsible to prepare summaries, reports and statistics as required.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in any discipline.

· Accounting knowledge and experience in healthcare will be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in SAP/ Maxcare /OAS will be an advantage
