Responsibilities

• Provide overall HR and administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, shortlising, arranging interview to coordination of job offers.
• Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for the company.
• Performance management.
• Verify employee attendance and leave management.
• Assist in processing of employee and statutory claims.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems.
• Identify learning needs for designated business units and individual training plan.
• Skill competency frameworks.
• Payroll processing support and cover.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 10 years of HR & Administration experience

Responsibilities:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in utilizing DigitalAI, Photoshop, Microsoft suite, and Canva for content creation and scheduling.
• Grasp of analyzing tools such as Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Facebook Insights, Twitter analytics and Google analytics
• Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying updated with the latest trends and platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience using Photoshop and Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights from digital tools to drive strategic decisions.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Any previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is beneficial but not required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 3 years of student recruitment experience in a private education institution.

Remuneration will commensurate with sales targets.

• Handle full set of accounts.
• General accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with operational staff on sales and cash receipt reports.

• Assist sales team in maximising sales and marketing revenues
• Manage the sales process from generated leads/gallery sales to closure and completion of works
• Coordinating with operation team to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
• Work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment to achieve company objectives
• Keep updated to market trends and change in customers' demand
• Absolutely no cold calling is required
