Your new role

• Responsible for managing full sets of accounts for 1 primary legal entity and 1 smaller legal entity including preparing and uploading of journal entries in SUN/ D365, monthly BS schedules and bank/ interco/ premium/ claims reconciliation from ARAP to GL modules.

• Perform timely month end financial closing, management reporting and analytics.

• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Forecast in excel.

• Support quarterly GST reporting and annual MAS/ IRAS/ Statistics Singapore reporting.

• Support regulatory internal and external audit.

• Involve in the invoice to cash cycle with active liaison with Tech Admin team and UK IBA to ensure completeness, accuracy and timely revenue recognition and funds application.

• Active liaison with UK IBA to ensure smooth finance operations support.

• Assist with improvement and implementation of accounting processes to strengthen internal control and efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit/ insurance/ broking is a plus but not compulsory at all

• Strong local accounting knowledge and regulatory reporting experience.

• Strong in Excel functions (Excel test will be given during interview)

The Job

The role is responsible for planning, escort and provide support to clients while they are being transported from one location to another. Responsibilities

• Managing client referral and conducting home visits to assess eligibility for intake into Medical Escort & Transport services.
• Assist to load and unload clients / members onto the transporter using the wheelchair.

Requirement

• At least Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
