Position Overview:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support across various functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves managing office operations, handling documentation, coordinating communication, and providing assistance to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that the company’s projects run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.

• Monitor and maintain office inventory.
• Assist in the purchasing process for office supplies.

• Solicit future venue hire events for our businesses and meet sales targets.
• Able to prepare sales decks, events, and sponsorship proposals.
