Main Responsibilities:
1. Grow sales of Pentair Commercial Systems products in South East Asia and other assigned territorie such as Taiwan to achieve sales target.
2. Develop and manage distribution partners and OEMs in the assigned territories.
3. Identify opportunities and develop/implement strategies to realize them.
4. Provide sales and budget forecast.
5. Provide product presentation/promotion program/training to channel partners and end-user customers.
6. Conduct field services and troubleshooting on site when needed.
7. Provide technical support internally with team & externally at customer site.
Qualifications:
1. Degree or diploma educational qualification with at least 5 years in a relevant sales role.
2. Experience in sales of foodservice equipment to quick service restaurants, chain stores and/or modern trade will be an added advantage.
3. Proven ability to develop and manage distributors and OEMs to achieve sales target.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a multi-cultural environment.
5. High integrity and values of trust, reliability and discipline.
6. Self-motivated, energetic with excellent inter-personal skill.
7. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Chinese language will be a requirement for Taiwan sales.
8. Willing to travel within the assigned territories.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.
10. Sales experience in SEA region will be an added advantage.
