A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees the daily operations of food and beverage services in various establishments, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and banquet halls. They are responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience for guests while managing staff, inventory, budgeting, and compliance with safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Hire, train, and manage F&B staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and supervisors.

As a Shipping Executive, you will be responsible:

• Prepare all shipping documents for import shipments and process bank documents such as Letter of Credit, etc.
• Ensure all documents comply with Singapore’s import regulations and the correctness of documents from suppliers.
• Ensure all documents received on time for clearance to avoid incurring charges due to late clearance of documents.
• Update and communicate with Procurement team on any changes to vessel’s arrival schedule.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in supply chain management and logistics.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in food service or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
• Possess Tradenet Certification.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
• Knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and negotiation.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications and in ERP system.

Additional Information

• $3,000 to $3,800 per month (depending on experience & appointed designation)

• Candidates should have good laboratory experience including: leading laboratory trials, maintaining lab operations, equipment calibration and inventory management.
