Job Description

1. Handling, checking, receiving, picking of goods via WMS system
2. Ensure accuracy of goods description & quantity upon put away in storage
3. Assist all sales orders had been picked & processed by end of the day
4. Proper house keeping and maintaining of storage area & MHE assigned
5. Daily cycle count prompted via system ensure stocks accuracy

Candidates are expected to:

• Perform Accounts Payables duties which includes invoice registration, purchase & delivery orders matching with invoices, debit & credit notes
• Prepare payment vouchers and disburses payment by cheques and GIRO
• Perform Account Receivable duties which includes preparation of tax invoices and official receipt vouchers
• Follow up on outstanding invoices for debts collection
• Upkeep Finance department’s filing system with due care and confidentiality
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

A successful candidate will possess:

• 3 years of accounts-related experience
• Can-do attitude and a resilient spirit
• Willingness to put in individual effort to achieve a team-oriented outcome
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm
• Alternate-Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm (work-from-home arrangement)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Junior Accounts Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and support tasks to the Finance department, playing a key role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.

What You Will Do At Quant Matter?

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including entering invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling bank statements.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, recording and categorizing financial transactions.
• Prepare and subm it basic financial reports, such as accounts payable and receivable aging reports, and reporting to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as assigned.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with annual financial audits.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have

• Familiarity with blockchain transactions and on-chain asset tracking.
• Accounting or Finance Diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred but not required.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
